The main residence sleeps a maximum of 8 adults and features:

- Double room with two luxury linen queen beds. This room has a divider which can be used to separate the double room into two separate bedrooms offering privacy to both rooms.

- Luxury master bathroom with full sized stone bath + oversized shower
- Second bathroom with shower
- Powder Room
- Additional pool bathroom

Arafel Park and its gardens is rented to guests for exclusive use. This means that both the Main Residence, and The Servants Cottage are rented as a whole for the ultimate in privacy.
