Q: How far is it to Centennial Vineyards? A: Centennial Vineyards is 8km away, approximately a 13-minute drive from Arafel Park.
Q: How far is the drive to Bendooley Estate? A: It is a 12km drive to Bendooley Estate, which takes approximately 15 minutes.
Q: What sort of coffee pods do you provide? A: We supply coffee pods for your stay. If you wish to bring your own, the machine is compatible with "Original" Nespresso pods.
Q: Do you have an iron? A: Yes, an iron and ironing board are provided in both the Main House and the Cottage.
Q: Do you have a hairdryer? A: Yes, hairdryers are located in the bathrooms of both the Main House and the Cottage.
Q: How many people can the dining room seat? A: The Main House dining table seats 8 people. There is an additional table in the adjacent conservatory that can seat 4 more.
Q: What happens if I leave an item behind? A: Requests for lost items are forwarded to our cleaners. If found, items are taken to Bespoke Letterpress to be shipped to you. You will need to provide your name, address, phone number, and email for shipping.
Q: Is the pool heated? A: No, the pool is not heated.
Q: Are towels and toiletries provided? A: Your stay is all-inclusive of luxury linens, towels, skincare products, cleaning, and firewood.
Q: Can we hold an elopement at the property? A: Provided the ceremony is a quiet affair limited only to the guests staying at the property, we are happy to accommodate your request.
Q: Is food supplied? A: We supply tea, coffee pods, and basic dry breakfast foods. We also provide a limited quantity of bread, butter, milk, and a bottle of sparkling wine.
Q: What should I do if the lights in the laundry or bathroom aren't working? A: Please check the circuit breaker located outside the laundry door.
Q: What is your smoking policy? A: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, but guests are welcome to smoke outside.
Q: Can I request an early check-in? A: If an early check-in is available, we will notify you 2 days prior to your arrival. Please note that groundskeepers may still be on-site if you check in prior to 3:00 PM.
Q: Is a late checkout available? A: Late checkouts will be confirmed 2 days prior to your departure if available. Please note that grounds maintenance may occur during this time.
Q: Are there emergency lights for a power outage? A: Yes, a torch and batteries are located in the pantry.
Q: Is there a BBQ? A: Yes, there is an 8-burner BBQ attached to the natural gas line at the Main House.
Q: Can we host a post-wedding brunch? A: No. Due to the quiet nature of the area and event restrictions, party-like behavior is prohibited. We recommend the Burrawang Pub, Fitzroy Inn, Centennial Vineyards, Briars Inn, Grow-wild Farm, Franquette Creperie, or Farmclub for gatherings.
Q: Are pets allowed? A: Unfortunately, we are not set up for furry friends and cannot accept pets.
Q: Can I charge an electric car? A: We have a standard 10amp power point located in the garage attached to the Cottage.
Q: Can we have a wedding at the property? A: We are not permitted to host weddings on-site. However, the property is an ideal base for bridal accommodation, preparations, and photography.
Q: Where are the bins located? A: Bins are located adjacent to the Cottage garage and are collected on Fridays. Please do not leave excess rubbish on the ground (as the wildlife will scatter them around); if the bins are full, place rubbish in the garage and notify us.
Q: Where is the firewood located? A: Extra firewood is in the Cottage garage. Kindling is located in the Red Kindling Chief Bin near the BBQ area. Please let us know if supplies are getting low.
